Three-step shared-hosting setup

1. Upload and extract the official release ZIP into an empty domain root or subfolder.
2. Immediately open /install.php in your browser.
3. Enter the site details and Admin username/password, then select Create site configuration.

The installer checks PHP and folder permissions, creates config.php, hashes the password securely, keeps email in safe log mode, and locks itself. No terminal or command line is required.

Run setup immediately after upload because an unconfigured public installer can be claimed by its first visitor. After completion, revisiting install.php returns 404.

First login

Open /admin/ and use the username and password selected during installation. Upload the configured giveaway ZIP, add destinations, preview /demo/, submit a test lead at /, confirm it, and verify the protected download.

What the release contains

The ZIP includes the free core, customer MOD Manager, public verification key, top-level customer guides, and clean JSON defaults. It does not include the repository docs/ tree, Home Base owner tools, release records, payment secrets, private signing keys, logs, customer data, production configuration, purchased MODs, or production leads.
