Lead Capture

The public form stores name, email, status, confirmation date, source, UTM values, consent version, and consent timestamp. Confirmation tokens are used only to verify the download request and are excluded from CSV exports.

Responsible handling

Collect consent, explain what people receive, honor unsubscribe requests, and import only confirmed leads into your email provider unless you have a lawful reason to do otherwise.

Exports

Use Export confirmed leads (CSV) as the default handoff. Export all leads (CSV) includes pending records and should be used only for troubleshooting or reconciliation.
